Together into a year full of transformations
On January 23, 2025, we celebrated our first major employee event of the year at FIS-ASP: the StandUp Flashlight. There was a great atmosphere in the “Würzburg” room as colleagues came together to toast the new year and experience an inspiring outlook for 2025.
The central theme of the event was transformation – a term that not only describes our strategic direction for the coming year, but also the path we are taking together as a team in a constantly changing IT world.
Transformation as a leitmotif: opportunities and common goals
The management opened the event with a presentation that focused on the changes and challenges of the new year. It became clear that transformation is not just a buzzword, but a real opportunity to grow as a company, become more efficient and be prepared for the future.
Topics such as adapting to new technologies, further optimizing customer service and aligning with modern IT standards were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of cohesion and interdisciplinary collaboration between the teams in order to successfully shape the transformation.
A successful start to the year
After the inspiring words and exciting insights, the focus was on networking: a sumptuous finger food buffet and a sweet dessert provided the perfect basis for the rest of the event.
