Looking back on a successful year
Focus on artificial intelligence
In 2024, we reached new heights with two highly successful AI hackathons. Collaborating with passionate talents and innovative thinkers, we developed groundbreaking ideas and prototypes that propelled our vision for artificial intelligence forward. A standout achievement was the creation of our proprietary embedding model, “FISMWASP.” This advanced model enhances data processing capabilities, enabling smarter and more accurate analyses – a significant milestone in our AI strategy.
FIS Group at DSAG Annual Congress
At this year’s DSAG Annual Congress, we took center stage as a group of companies. Together, we presented innovative solutions, shared our knowledge and exchanged ideas with customers and partners. The close cooperation within the FIS Group was reflected in our successful appearance – a strong sign of teamwork and innovation.

2024, we were part of the bayme vbm joint stand at Europe’s leading trade fair for IT security. This gave us the perfect opportunity to present our innovative solutions in the field of IT security to a wide audience and hold exciting discussions with experts and customers.
Donation instead of gifts
Once again this year, it is important to us to make a contribution to a better future. It was with great pleasure that we donated €10,000 to Sternstunden. This wonderful organization has been helping children in need for years and supports projects that give young people hope, security and prospects.
Strategy meeting – On course for success in 2025
In the inspiring ambience of the Hotel Freihof in Prichsenstadt, we defined the goals and projects for 2025 as part of our strategy meeting. The day was characterized by productive discussions and visionary ideas.
A special highlight was the evening “kitchen party” with the hotel’s head chef. Under the motto “Surf and Turf”, we cooked a delicious menu together and not only strengthened our team spirit, but also our anticipation for the coming year.
Together for the future
A particular highlight in 2024 was our award as a climate-neutral company. This milestone is the result of our consistent commitment to sustainable action and the active protection of our environment. Thanks to targeted measures, we were able to reduce our carbon footprint and support climate protection projects.
The world of work at your fingertips: Apprenticeship Day
At this year’s Apprenticeship Day, we opened our doors to young talents together with FIS and provided exciting insights into the digital world of work. Our visitors were able to experience modern technology up close, talk to our trainers and trainees and take the first steps towards planning their careers.
Fun, team spirit and enjoyment: Prichsenstadt company party
Our company party in Prichsenstadt was all about “Grill & Chill” – an evening full of enjoyment and conviviality. With delicious food from the barbecue, refreshing drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. Bringing our employees together at parties like this is important to us and we are already looking forward to the next one.
